- Provides leadership and technical support for manufacturing processes and product quality - Evaluates and develops products, processes, and equipment based on customer requirements - Works in a collaborative, safety‑focused, inclusive environment with strong development opportunities - Ensure procedures, product controls, and process controls are followed - Resolve quality issues and drive improvements in products, processes, and equipment - Support product and process development aligned with customer needs - Collaborate with support staff, shift leaders, and hourly workforce to maintain smooth operations
