Duties and Responsibilities:
Check with designated lead person on machine assignment and job assignment.Discuss with current metal spinner from preceding shift about the machine’s performance and any difficulties encountered during the shift.Produce parts on metal spinning machines according to specifications and within acceptable production requirements.Unload and package parts according to Hawkeye Metal Spinning standards and customer requirements.Complete accurate daily records (date, times, quantities of parts ran, and scrap) for every job worked on, on Shop Travelers and in the ERP system.Follow instructions from all Hawkeye Metal Spinning documentation, including Shop Traveler, Inspection Sheets, and blueprints.Inform quality control, shift supervisor/lead person of any problems, or concerns with parts.Accept responsibility for the quality of products/services provided ...
