AgileEngine is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts end-to-end, operating in LATAM remotely. You will launch and optimize campaigns, explain decisions, and drive measurable results.

In the first 60–90 days, you’ll structure campaigns for scale, improve MER/ROAS, and establish a repeatable testing process with creative. You’ll ensure pixel/CAPI tracking and clear performance readouts.
