Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Ad Creative Specialist to join our marketing team. We don't just need pretty visuals; we need scroll-stopping creatives designed to convert. You should be comfortable blending traditional editing with the latest AI tools to produce high-volume, high-quality ads.
What You'll Do:
Video Ads: Edit fast-paced, high-energy video ads for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Image Ads: Design high-CTR static ads, carousels, and story frames.
AI Integration: Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Runway/Kling) to generate realistic product imagery, AI avatars, and voiceovers.
Iterative Testing: Take winning hooks and create 5-10 variations for A/B testing (changing headlines, backgrounds, or first 3 seconds).
Collaborate: Work with our media buyers to analyze performance and double down on what's working.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
