About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Specialist to join our Paid Ads Team. This is a technical, execution-focused role, you'll be building and optimizing campaigns across 20+ client accounts, working behind the scenes to drive leads and results for service-based businesses.

You'll report to our Paid Ads Team Lead and collaborate with a team that values independence, creativity, and accountability. We have strong SOPs in place, but we need someone who can think critically, solve problems independently, and continuously improve campaign performance.
