Mandatory: Must be based in Manila, Cebu, Cavite or Davao

Salary: 90,000 PHP per month

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Build, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (lead gen, conversion, retargeting, custom funnels).

Craft angles, hooks, and creatives aligned with real market psychology.

Set up proper structure from Day 1: naming, rules, tracking, exclusions.

Performance Optimization

Scale winners aggressively while protecting MER/CPA.

Diagnose performance drops with speed: attribution, creative fatigue, audience saturation, tracking issues, learning phase resets.

Maintain crystal‑clear optimization logs — what you tested, why, and what happened.

Data & Tracking

Configure and manage Meta Pixel, Aggregated Event Measurement, CAPI, offline conversions.

Build clear dashboards and weekly performance reports.
