Job Description
We're looking for a Meta Ads Performance Marketer to manage and scale paid traffic for a growing fashion eCommerce brand.
This role is focused on performance, profitability, and scaling — not just campaign setup.
Scope of Work:
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Structure campaigns for cold, warm, and retargeting audiences
• Analyze CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and blended CAC
• Work closely with our content team to improve creative performance
• Test hooks, offers, and angles
• Provide weekly performance reports with strategic recommendations
• Optimize landing page and funnel conversion rates
We are not looking for someone who only runs ads.
We want someone who understands scaling, creative testing, and revenue impact.
Ideal Candidate:
• 2+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Proven eCommerce scaling experience
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking & pixel setup
• Data-driven and strategic thinker
