We're Orca Running, a running brand looking for a skilled Meta advertising specialist to help us grow online sales and promote our events and races.
This is a paid trial engagement. If results are strong, we'd love to turn this into an ongoing relationship.
What you'll be doing:
Managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns with a monthly ad spend of $500–$1,500, focused on driving e-commerce conversions and promoting upcoming running events.
What we're looking for:
Proven results with Meta Ads Manager — we care about outcomes, not years of experience
Experience with e-commerce and/or sports/fitness brands is a big plus
Ability to advise on audience targeting, creative direction, and campaign structure
Clear, proactive communication — we want a partner, not just someone to press buttons
