We are a fast-growing global children's wellness brand seeking an experienced Meta Ads & Creative Specialist to join our team.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing, knows how to create ads that convert, and can confidently manage campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager.

We are an established e-commerce brand in the children's mindfulness and wellness space, selling across the USA, Australia, and the UK. We actively test creatives and scale winning campaigns.
Your Responsibilities
• Create high-converting Meta ad creatives (Reels, short-form video, and static ads)
• Develop multiple hook variations for creative testing
• Edit vertical video content for paid ads
• Upload creatives into Meta Ads Manager
• Set up and manage campaigns (CBO, ABO, testing structures, scaling)
• Monitor performance and optimize based on data
• Understand audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling strategies
