Senior Meta Ads Growth Owner (Ecommerce)
We’re hiring a world-class Meta Ads operator. Do not apply if you're not seriously good at running meta ads and can prove it with brands you scaled.
Requirements (non-negotiable):
- Personally scaled at least one US B2C ecommerce brand from $0 to $100k+/month Meta ad spend
- Deep experience with Meta Andromeda, Advantage+, broad targeting, and creative-led scaling
- Strong understanding of CAC, MER, LTV, attribution, and ecommerce economics
- Can identify winning creatives and scale aggressively
What you’ll do:
- Own growth for managed ecommerce clients
- Scale spend while maintaining profitability
- Build testing frameworks
- Work directly with creative teams to produce winning ads
- Find bottlenecks and solve them fast
