Job Description
Our Messaging Virtual Assistant engage with leads, build rapport, and guide conversations toward scheduled sales calls. This role requires excellent English comprehension, casual writing skills, and the ability to sound natural and approachable while following provided scripts and frameworks.
He / She will represent our clients on LinkedIn, so strong professionalism and the ability to adapt to different tones are essential.
- Initiate and respond to LinkedIn messages on behalf of clients, using scripts and conversational templates
- Engage leads through thoughtful comments, likes, and endorsements to spark conversations
- Drive message threads toward booked appointments, not dead ends
- Tag, track, and follow up with leads consistently
- Execute LinkedIn endorsement and engagement projects
- Use ChatGPT and AI tools comfortably to refine and personalize messaging while staying within brand guidelines
