We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Advisor-SME to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Messaging Services Advisor

  • Typically, the Messaging Services Advisor is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Microsoft SharePoint and One Drive. Additionally, should have proficiency in Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 within Unified Messaging and Communication.
  • Good understanding and knowledge on Boundary Services, Relay server management, Ironport & Archiving solutions and Microsoft Teams.
  • Advice on support and maintenance of the Microsoft Office 365
  • Advises team in the maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification and updation of Messaging software systems. Works with more senior team members in performing patching, upgrades, etc. 
  • Administrator who specialized in Exchange On Premise (2013 to 2019), Exchange Online and Boundary Services (EOP, ATP, ProofPoint and Cisco IronPort)
