IBM WebSphere Message Broker v6 and later development skills

IBM WMQ v6 and later administration

Database skills – Oracle 10g and later and DB2 

Knowledge of AIX and Linux operating systems

Overview knowledge of Mainframe

Knowledge of Clearquest and Clearcase

Experience of technical and operational processes used to deploy, support and maintain a Message Broker environment. 

Diagnostic skills and an ability to analyse technical information from multiple sources, allowing the provision of highly effective solutions in complex environments. 

Strong quality and service focus. 

Experience of delivering complex projects and / or incident recoveries. 

Experience of operating in a service delivery environment with good understanding of frameworks and processes.
