MES/ Automation Coordination Lead

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced MES/Automation Coordination Lead who is responsible across manufacturing environments. The candidate acts as the primary customer-facing point of contact, responsible for coordinating and governing offshore MES and Automation delivery teams. The role focuses on stakeholder management, requirement clarification, execution tracking, and issue resolution rather than deep hands‑on system configuration. Ensure effective communication, alignment, and predictable delivery execution between customer stakeholders and off‑site delivery teams in a regulated (GxP) manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the single onsite interface for customer stakeholders (Manufacturing, Automation, IT, Quality).
• Facilitate requirement discussions, clarifications, and prioritization.
• Manage customer expectations on scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
