Pre-Market Associate – Sell-Side M&A Writer
The Pre-Market Associate develops client marketing materials, primarily Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and blind executive summaries (teasers).
Minimum requirements:
Relevant B-Degree – economics, business administration, accounting, or other degree with finance/investment-related subject major
2 years of experience in M&A-related work environment
Key responsibilities include:
Writing clear and concise CIMs that showcase client companies in the best possible light, provide risk-mitigating information, and focus on key information from a buyer's point of view
Writing teasers that engage potential buyer interest and moves them to sign NDAs
Interacting with time-sensitive business owners, entrepreneurs and C-suite executives to obtain, discuss, and clarify information
