Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper & Buyside Consulting Analyst to support accounting, bookkeeping, and M&A advisory activities. This hybrid role includes full-charge bookkeeping and financial analysis to aid buyside due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
The ideal candidate is QuickBooks ProAdvisor certified (Desktop & Online), technically strong, highly analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role suits someone who enjoys both hands-on accounting and higher-level financial analysis.
Responsibilities~
Bookkeeping~
Manage daily bookkeeping with QuickBooks Desktop & Online
Download, categorize, input, and reconcile financial transactions
Perform monthly reconciliations; assist with month-end and year-end close
Prepare and process federal/state payroll tax reports (quarterly & year-end)
File sales tax reports as needed
Prepare year-end forms including 1099s & W-2s
Assist with journal entries, account cleanup,...
