Job Description

Responsible for driving merchant growth, activation, adoption, and retention by enabling commercial teams and ensuring seamless execution across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations
Acts as a central hub between internal stakeholders and merchants to accelerate time-to-value, product adoption, and a high-quality merchant experience across all segments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive merchant activation and time-to-live across Enterprise, Online, SME, Partnerships, and International segments.
  • Enable Sales and Partnerships teams by ensuring merchant readiness, product fit, and smooth onboarding.
  • Lead end-to-end merchant onboarding (MIDs, TIDs, legal docs, activation, reassignment).
  • Increase product adoption by collaborating with Product teams on POS, dashboards, and value-added services.
  • Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities through merchant training and in-process sales engagement.
