We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and people-oriented Merchant Distribution Supervisor with strong management skills. In this role, you will lead and support a team of field merchant distributors responsible for promoting the “Payez avec Wave” payment solution and driving new payer acquisition.
In this role, you'll;
Be responsible for Payez avec Wave user acquisition in a given area.Be in a key position to implement Wave’s rapid growth strategy.Managing a team of 25-50 merchant distributors.Onboard and train new merchant distributors to ensure they can perfectly subscribe, assist, and guide users according to the company's values. Work closely with Territory and Regional Leads to plan distribution activities in a given area and follow up.Work closely with Regional leads to plan distribution activity in a given area and follow up.
