Job Description

  • Be the owner of UGG Apparel & Accessories Category Merchandising in China. Drive A&A division business growth according to UGG brand strategy and financial plan in China. Manage seasonal GTM implementation in each milestone.
  • Support Merchandising Director in building UGG China A&A Merch strategy. Drive UGG A&A product line development by influencing global counterparts with understanding and knowledge of China consumer needs, and market fashion trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as DTC Buying, Marketing, and KA Sales team, in terms of pre-season and in-season alignment and execution efficiency. Win as a team.
