Job Summary
The Inventory Management and Merchandising Staff is responsible for monitoring product
availability, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring effective product presentation
across all stores. The role ensures that inventory accuracy and display standards support
sales performance and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels across branches and warehouses to ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with purchasing and product teams regarding stock movements, transfers,
and replenishment plans.
• Track product aging, slow-moving items, and coordinate markdown or pull-out
schedules.
• Update and maintain inventory databases and reports (e.g., stock status, DSI, and
turnover rates).
• Support product allocation and distribution based on sales trends and branch
performance.
