Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide product/service information and resolve minor complaints.
  • Operational Support:
  • Support branch staff with daily operational tasks.
  • Ensure the branch complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in administrative, operational, or customer service roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
