The Merchandiser will be responsible for end-to-end order management, acting as the key link between buyers and internal departments to ensure timely development, accurate costing, smooth production, and on-time shipments in line with buyer expectations and company standards.

• Handle day-to-day communication with buyers
• Understand buyer requirements, tech packs, and quality standards
• Coordinate approvals for samples, trims, fabrics, lab dips, and strike-offs
