About the Role
We are hiring a Merchandiser to coordinate production, materials, suppliers, and customer orders for our medical device manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have strong follow-up skills, good understanding of BOMs, and experience in coordinating with production & purchase teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate customer orders, delivery timelines, and approvals
Follow up with production, QC, testing & warehouse for order execution
Track material availability & follow with suppliers for pending items
Prepare order sheets, dispatch documents, and MIS reports
Coordinate domestic & international shipments with logistics
Maintain documentation as per ISO-13485 requirements
