Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage assigned outlets to ensure high standards of merchandising and sales performance.
- Collaborate with store teams to maintain consistent product displays and optimize sales.
- Assist in training and guiding junior merchandisers to ensure execution of company strategies and standards.
- Serve as liaison between management and store teams to communicate business objectives clearly.
- Monitor stock levels and notify buyers promptly to prevent out-of-stock issues.
- Build relationship with buyers and store owners to improve merchandising processes and sales.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing merchandising strategies and suggest improvements to boost sales.
Academic Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
