Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with buyers for order confirmation, sample approvals, and feedback.
• Develop samples (proto, fit, PP, and shipment samples) in coordination with the design and production teams.
• Conduct product costing, negotiate prices with buyers, and finalize order terms.
• Plan and monitor the production timeline to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Liaise with the production, quality, fabric, trims, and logistics departments.
• Ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
• Maintain T&A (Time and Action) calendars and keep stakeholders informed.
• Track order status from development to shipment and post-delivery analysis.
• Communicate and resolve issues with vendors, suppliers, and production units.
• Stay updated with market trends, fabric developments, and competitor analysis.
