Job Summary
Become brand partner in providing analysis for buying and allocation to achieve targeted sales, margin, and inventory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze data to support buying and allocation decisions.
- Monitor sales and margin performance by variant, benchmarked against current buying plans.
- Track Never Out of Stock (NOS) articles to maintain optimum sales levels through regular rolling forecast updates.
- Review buying plans to ensure sufficient brand variety and depth.
- Calculate sales forecasts and merchandise financial plans.
- Evaluate product performance and apply findings as reference for future buying cycles.
- Monitor incoming stock and proactively flag risks related to late deliveries or potential overstock situations.
- Coordinate with brand teams on product-related matters including selections, allocations, size analysis, and late incoming goods.
