The Merchandise Operations Manager at Myer Foutain Gate is a dynamic and pivotal leadership role, responsible for optimising merchandise stock flow, driving financial performance and management of online fulfilment including click & collect, safety and financial audit compliance. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage merchandise logistics from dock to selling floor, ensuring efficient stock flow, safety and compliance
• Oversee in-store merchandise support and click & collect operations 
• Drive a high performance, customer-centric culture focused on service and sales
