PRE-CONSTRUCTION STAGE

· Plans, specifications, and other documents review for tendering process

· Estimating/Quantity Surveying for tendering process

· Prepares Bid Documents

· Assists in Pre-Qualification of Bidders

· Assists in Bid and Award process

CONSTRUCTION STAGE

· Plans, specifications, and other documents review for construction

· Attend Technical and Management Meetings as advised

· Monitors General Contractor's manpower, equipment, and construction schedule

· Quality Control/Quality Assurance inspections

· Evaluate Variation Orders, shop drawings, materials testing,

· Evaluates accomplishment and billings

· Assists in processing of Owner Supplied Materials

· Prepares weekly and monthly status reports

· Keeps and organizes files in accordance with company policies
