Job Description

  • Total Professional Experience shall be 12+ years with at least 2 to 3 complete Project cycle in Building Projects.

  • Experience in Residential/Commercial and High-rise building projects, Retail mall and Villa projects.

  • Experience of working on all trades Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting.

  • Tracking of the progress in line with the Project baseline, reporting variances and mitigation measures.

  • Close coordination with Project team, Strong follow-up with vendors & relevant stakeholders/package vendors for their scope of work completion.

  • Resource utilization rates and productivity analysis.

  • Allocate resources and manpower according to the schedule to optimize productivity and efficiency

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost performance, schedule variance, and quality metrics
