Mepf Lead

• To lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire (MEPF) detail design activities for hospital projects, ensuring engineering excellence, functional compliance, safety, sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and seamless coordination with Architecture, Structure, Interiors, and Medical Equipment teams. The role demands strong value engineering and client-side design leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities

• - Lead complete MEPF Detail Design for large, multi‑specialty hospital projects.
• - Review HVAC, Electrical, Public Health Engineering, Fire Protection, MGPS, BMS/IBMS designs.
• - Ensure engineering compliance with healthcare standards, NBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and local codes.
• - Perform Value Engineering to optimize cost, energy efficiency, and lifecycle performance.
