A leading main contractor specializing in super-prime residential and high-end commercial refurbishment projects is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor or Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team.
With an annual turnover of approximately £150m, the business delivers prestigious projects ranging from £10m to £90m, with a typical project value of £20m-£40m under two-stage Design & Build procurement.
Projects include some of London's most exclusive residential developments across Knightsbridge, Chelsea, and Kensington, alongside complex commercial refurbishment and cut and carve schemes throughout the West End and City of London.
