MEP Quantity Surveyor Location: Northamptonshire Work Pattern: Hybrid (34 days on site) Start: Immediate We are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a leading MEP subcontractor delivering a major hospital project. This is an immediate requirement, ideally suited to candidates with strong NEC Option C experience and a background in complex healthcare or live environment projects. The role will focus on commercial management of MEP packages, including cost control, change management, procurement, and contract administration. The successful candidate will support the commercial and project teams in ensuring accurate forecasting, valuation, and commercial reporting under NEC frameworks.
