Job Overview

Responsible for the commercial and financial management of a portfolio of contracts, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, profitably, and in full compliance with contractual and legislative requirements. Provide proactive support to delivery teams through forecasting, valuations, contract administration, risk management, and reporting, while maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue, profitability, and business growth.


Main Duties-

  • Commercial & Cost Management: Prepare estimates, cost plans, valuations, forecasting, job costing, and financial applications to ensure contracts are delivered profitably and within budget.

  •  Tendering & Procurement: Support tender submissions, develop bills of quantities and schedules of rates, and manage supply chain and subcontractor procurement from enquiry through to final account.
