MEP Project Engineer

About the Role

The MEP Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating all MEP, civil, landscape, and swimming pool works on site, ensuring compliance with Dubai authority regulations and project specifications. The role includes managing site execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site execution of MEP and civil works for fit-out and villa projects.
• Coordinate with civil teams for blockwork, concrete, waterproofing, and structural works.
• Manage swimming pool construction, including piping, filtration systems, and testing.
• Oversee landscape works such as irrigation, drainage, and outdoor lighting.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Dubai Civil Defence regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues.
