MEP Operations Manager

As a Mechanical and Electrical Manager in the Building and Operations team at Pomerleau Construction, you will manage several activities and deadlines on large-scale building and infrastructure projects ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion.

Responsibilities

• Strategically support the project team with planning and coordination for all on-site mechanical and electrical activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, requirements, and codes.
• Proactively solve problems to coordinate all relevant drawings and information, eliminating interference issues.
• Maintain schedule requirements and priorities, mechanical and electrical RFIs, shop drawings, contracts, and project completion documents.
• Share mechanical and electrical expertise with team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients.
