Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Review project designs and provide input on MEP integration.
  • Collaborate with designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure system compatibility and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage MEP schedules and integrate them with overall project timelines.
  • Supervise installation of swimming pool MEP system, irrigation system, lighting, drainage, pumps etc.
  • Ensure all MEP installations comply with local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor project execution to ensure quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections, system testing, and commissioning.
  • Troubleshoot MEP-related issues and propose corrective actions.
  • Approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals related to MEP works.
