Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to provide leadership and technical expertise across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems on a variety of construction projects. The MEP Manager plays a key role in ensuring quality, compliance, and successful delivery of multiple projects, while supporting field leadership and project management teams in building smarter, safer, and better. This position requires travel up to 65%.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and installation procedures for compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
+ Train field teams, superintendents, and project managers on MEP best practices, QA/QC, and quality-focused project execution.
