Key Responsibilities
Maintain all service related equipment in accordance with the standards established by management in order to provide clients and employees with a pleasant and safe facility.
Develop and implement an effective preventive program for the physical building and all systems throughout. Track the prepared preventive maintenance schedule.
Ensure confidentiality of all proprietary information in any/all forms as it relates to business and product development.
Maintain and monitor energy and water consumption through meter readings
Responsible for optimization of energy conservation measures.
Perform failure analysis and testing on revisions and new product developments
In case of emergency / crisis, take charge of the situation with a focus on safety for all
Should be well versed with ULFM standards.
All requisite Daily reports, SOPs Periodic Checks, Maintenance schedules followed by team regularly and are updated and rectified as required
