MEP Engineer

Requirements:

• At least a bachelors degree, majoring in Mechanical & Electrical Engineer or equivalent.
• At least 5 - 8 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices software and 2D drawing software e.g. AutoCAD.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for local compliance audit of professional drawings and construction technology of interior decoration.
• Preparation of interior decoration professional construction plan, technical disclosure, and on-site quality management
• Review the sub- contractors monthly completed project quantity.
  
• Accounting drawings and materials and submitting procurement plans.
• Material inspection, data submission
• Manage sub-contractors team and coordinated the construction work.
  
• Inspect construction quality, process control.
• Solve technical problems in construction.
