Overview

We are looking for an MEP BIM Coordinator/Modeler to join our team for projects in Singapore.

Location: Buona Vista

Salary: (depending on experience)

Working Days: 5 days per week, 9AM - 6PM

Job Scope
  • Develop and coordinate MEP BIM models using Revit.
  • Prepare BIM drawings and shop drawings for MEP services.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural, and project teams to resolve clashes.
  • Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and requirements.
  • Support project documentation and BIM submissions.
Requirements
  • Experience in MEP BIM modeling (Revit).
  • Knowledge of MEP systems coordination.
  • Experience in construction or consultancy projects is an advantage.
