Position: MEP Billing Engineer

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Project Nature: Commercial/Industrial/Residential Buildings

Responsibilities

• Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills for client submission.
• Verify and certify subcontractor/vendor bills with execution and QS teams.
• Prepare Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) from GFC drawings and track revisions.
• Maintain M-Book / Joint Measurement Records for executed work and materials.
• Reconcile executed quantities with site team to avoid billing discrepancies.
• Verify and support claims for additional/extra items with proper documentation.
