EOTAS Mentor

Location: Guildford (GU8)

Hours: 16 hours per week

Contract: 48 weeks per year

Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience

Potential: Temporary to permanent opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, flexible and relationship-focused mentor to support a 13‑year‑old autistic young person accessing an EOTAS package through their EHCP.

This is not a traditional teaching or tutoring role. Learning takes place through interests, life skills, community experiences and real‑world activities. The successful mentor will build a trusting relationship and support learning in ways that feel meaningful, engaging and accessible.
