About the Role


We are looking for a Mental Health Support Worker to join our Individualised Community Living Strategy (ICLS) program providing outreach support to people accessing the service in Broome. 


The service is for clients with a mental health diagnosis who are eligible for a support package.  The role of the Mental Health Support Worker is to help the client access their local services and maximise their recovery success. This is a casual position with shifts across Monday to Friday in the hours between 8am and 5pm (no shift work!). 


Successful candidates will have previous experience working 1:1 with people with mental illness or psychosocial disability, strong communication skills and confidence in working independently within the community.
