The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood life plan community named Best Continuing Care Retirement Community 2024 by U.S. News & World Report is seeking an experienced Memory Support Program Manager. Under limited supervision, the Memory Support Program Manager coordinates the memory support program to ensure that the physical, social, and emotional needs of the residents and their families are met. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.


** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM ** As a salaried manager, this position requires being on call on weekends


** $50,000 - $65,000/year (DOE)
