Responsibilities
Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Support online banking setup, password resets, and troubleshooting
Promote and cross-sell financial products and services
Refer members to lending and wealth specialists when needed
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Contact centre or financial services experience is an asset
Strong communication and computer skills
