Amae Health is seeking a dedicated Insurance Benefits & Billing Specialist to support members with compassionate help, educate on VOBs, and coordinate financial assistance programs. You will handle prior authorizations, payer communications, and billing resolution across departments.

You will document workflows in CRM/EMR, verify coverage, and identify process improvements for the MFS team while operating in Pacific Time.
