Production & Process Management

• Operate Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF) in steel making shop producing Mild Steel (MS), Carbon Steel, and Alloy Steel.
• Manage the steel production process from induction furnace to LRF, including secondary steel making via EAF (35 MT), LRF, and Vacuum Degassing (VD) units.
• Develop and execute processes for different grades through AOD furnace.
• Control the heat processing operations according to ISO/TS standards.
• Decide pass schedules for different steel grades and manage related activities.
• Analyze production performance and delay reports for process optimization.
• Handle alloy grades including Semi Free Cutting, Ball Bearing, Titanium, Low Carbon, Medium Carbon, Ni and Mo heats.

Reporting & Documentation

• Generate daily production reports and monthly performance reports.
