Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a MEFPS Coordinator (preferably a graduate of Mechanical Engineering) with at least 3-5 years of experience in MEFPS (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Sanitary) systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, coordination, and implementation of MEFPS works for various construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifies conflicts between MEPFS systems and other building elements (structural, architectural) before construction.
- Facilitates communication and ensures updated designs are shared among all relevant trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, sanitary)
- Provides guidance on engineering designs and ensures systems meet specifications.
- Manages schedules, tasks, documentation, and budgets related to MEPFS.
- Oversees installation, testing, and commissioning to verify functionality.
