Responsibilities
Scheduling & Patient Communication:
- Accurately schedule and manage incoming patient appointment requests.
- Handle patient calls, tasks, and inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient communications via phone, email, and secure messaging platforms.
- Coordinate provider schedules to optimize workflow and patient access to care.
Administrative & Concierge Support:
- Coordinate and track external referrals, ensuring timely follow-up and thorough documentation.
- Complete concierge-related administrative tasks, including patient onboarding, renewals, and terminations.
- Conduct new patient follow-ups and ongoing engagement to support continuity of care and patient satisfaction.
