Responsibilities

Scheduling & Patient Communication:

  • Accurately schedule and manage incoming patient appointment requests.
  • Handle patient calls, tasks, and inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient communications via phone, email, and secure messaging platforms.
  • Coordinate provider schedules to optimize workflow and patient access to care.

Administrative & Concierge Support:

  • Coordinate and track external referrals, ensuring timely follow-up and thorough documentation.
  • Complete concierge-related administrative tasks, including patient onboarding, renewals, and terminations.
  • Conduct new patient follow-ups and ongoing engagement to support continuity of care and patient satisfaction.
