About the Role
The US Healthcare Medical Scribe – Cardiology is responsible for delivering high-accuracy clinical documentation for U.S.-based cardiologists and healthcare providers. This role directly supports physician efficiency, clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and revenue cycle performance by ensuring timely, complete, and compliant documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in accordance with U.S. healthcare standards and HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Document patient encounters in real-time or from recorded sessions into U.S.-based EHR/EMR systems
- Accurately capture patient history, review of systems (ROS), physical examinations, assessments, and treatment plans
